Casper Joubert obtained the LL.B degree from the University of Pretoria in 2018. During his final year of studies, he took up employment with a United Kingdom-based firm where he specialised in tort law.
He was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2022 and practiced as such for 2 years. In South Africa, Casper focused on family law, civil litigation and criminal defense. In 2024 he emancipated from litigation and relocated to Cape Town, where he attended to labour matters on behalf of employers.
Casper is currently consulting for beneficiary funds, providing legal advice and support and attending to the amendment, consolidation and redrafting of rules, contracts and policies in simple language.
